Tepe Construction, a flagship Bilkent Group Company, designed and constructed a state-of-the-art business, residential and commercial facility in the capital city of Ankara. Destined to be one of Ankara’s most prestigious addresses, the facility offers 140,000 square meters of space in close proximity to several public institutions and six universities.
Tepe Prime Business
Consisting of 218 office suites in two towers (one tower at 18 stories and the second tower consisting of 19 stories), this facility carries the office concept to a new level offering state-of-the-art security and technical infrastructure. Tepe Prime offers a prestigious address meeting the aesthetic and functional needs of the business community.
Tepe Prime Residences
Offering over 100 studio flats in a wide range of sizes, Tepe Prime Residences offer the market a unique solution in the form of small office home offices (SOHO). Coupled with Tepe Insaat’s reputation for high levels of quality and thoughtful design, these residences also provide an excellent secondary home for commuters.
Tepe Prime Avenue
With over 37 boutique spaces available, Tepe Prime Avenue was developed as a prestigious social center offering unique restaurants and meeting spaces to accommodate the discriminating tastes of this international community.
Dunham-Bush enjoys a well-established and respectable market share with its 37 years in the Turkish market partnered with FORM Group (a DB distributor). Together, DB and FORM, assessed the needs of the location to understand how best to provide continuous comfort to the international inhabitants of this new development. In evaluating the options, DB developed a comprehensive, redundant solution of air-cooled screw chillers using its revolutionary vertical screw compressors. These are not only one of the most efficient and reliable screw compressors in this capacity range, but also one of the most completely “packaged” rotary screw compressors for use in flooded chillers. This solution was unanimously selected by the owner, consultant and contractor using DB’s unique vertical screw compressor technology. The solution was executed by providing three AFVX 445 and one AFVX 520 chillers to meet the total requirement of 6,500 KW of cooling.
Because the equipment is located on the roof of Tepe Prime Avenue, DB understood the need for quiet operation. By providing specialized acoustical solutions, DB was able to meet sound level requirements and deliver quiet comfort to all visitors and residents of this prestigious facility.
Another win for DB in the Middle East.
