Dunham-Bush participated IGEM (INTERNATION GREENTEECH & ECO PRODUCTS EXIHIBITION & CONFERENCE MALAYSIA) on Oct. 14-17 at Kuala Lumpur Convention Center, Malaysia together with SOLID Asia to promote green solutions in HVAC/R field.

Dunham-Bush showed its patented Integrated Ice Thermal Storage System “ICE-CEL”. The ICE-CEL system combined with DB chillers is affordable and efficient and its economic benefits can be paired with environmental benefits by reducing the energy production in the power plant thus reducing the global warming impact. Often the power utilities offer key incentives to help with installation. The tanks offset CO₂ emission by using power during the night and allow use of alternate lower emission fuels to produce the electric.

The DB ICE-CEL allows to store the cooling generated by the absorption chiller, driven by the hot water of the solar panels during the day to have cooling available during the night or during cloudy days. 

Dunham-Bush ICE-CEL system has already successfully served many shopping malls, schools, hotels and office buildings globally.
