Dunham-Bush enjoys a well-established and respectable market share with its 37 years in the Turkish market partnered with FORM Group (a DB distributor). Together, DB and FORM, assessed the needs of the location to understand how best to provide continuous comfort to the international inhabitants of this new development. In evaluating the options, DB developed a comprehensive, redundant solution of air-cooled screw chillers using its revolutionary vertical screw compressors. These are not only one of the most efficient and reliable screw compressors in this capacity range, but also one of the most completely “packaged” rotary screw compressors for use in flooded chillers. This solution was unanimously selected by the owner, consultant and contractor using DB’s unique vertical screw compressor technology. The solution was executed by providing three AFVX 445 and one AFVX 520 chillers to meet the total requirement of 6,500 KW of cooling. 

Because the equipment is located on the roof of Tepe Prime Avenue, DB understood the need for quiet operation.  By providing specialized acoustical solutions, DB was able to meet sound level requirements and deliver quiet comfort to all visitors and residents of this prestigious facility.
