This is to announce that on August 10^th, 2010, Dunham-Bush Holding Bhd disposed all of its shareholding in Topaire Sales & Services Sdn Bhd (Company No. 274725-W) (“TASS”).  Consequently, TASS is no longer a subsidiary or affiliate of the Dunham-Bush group of companies effective from that date.
