| Dunham-Bush Announces the signing of an MOU with S.O.L.I.D. |

Kajang, 12th August 2009: Dunham-Bush Holding Bhd (“Dunham-Bush” or the “Company”), one of the world’s top commercial air conditioning manufacturers, signed an MOU with S.O.L.I.D. of Graz, Austria, related to the sales and distribution of Solar Thermal Air Conditioning systems developed and produced by S.O.L.I.D.
Dunham-Bush was founded in 1906 by Mr. Dunham and Mr. Bush and the company has been in operation ever since. Today, the company has its global head quarters in Kajang, and employs over 2,000 people in 15 sales offices and 4 factories worldwide. It manufactures one of the broadest line of commercial air-conditioning equipment in the world, as well as, offers a full suite of related services (including installation, project management, after sale maintenance, energy contracting, etc.)
S.O.L.I.D. is an Austrian solar engineering company specializing in all aspects of large-scale solar thermal energy plants. Since 1992, S.O.L.I.D. has been planning, building, delivering, assembling and operating large-scale solar plants (exceeding 100 m2) around the world, providing hot water, heating rooms, and supplying process heat, including district heating. S.O.L.I.D. also designs and builds solar chilled water plants, including the largest commercial solar cooling projects currently in operation.
