Dunham-Bush Holding Bhd (“Dunham-Bush” or the “Company”), one of the world’s top commercial air conditioning manufacturers, successfully held a press conference on Aug. 12th, 2009 in Westin Hotel, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia for the following important progress.
• DB turned 103 years old in 2009 
• Welcome Mr. Tan Sri Majid Abdul Khan to the DB Board of Directors 
• Announce a new partnership with SOLID on solar cooling business development 
• Announce a strategic alliance partnership with Propel for facilities management

The CEO, Mr. Jeffrey Albright, presented Dunham-Bush value and vision, announced the above developments, coupled with some key messages of the company’s financial data and typical projects worldwide before a group of Malaysian industry partners and a group of Malaysian reporters. He also highlighted the company’s strategic plan to continuously develop green solutions to drive the business growth and contribute to our environment. Mr. Tan Sri Abdul Majid Khan, Director of Dunham-Bush Holding Bhd, Dr. Vladimir Korjevsky, Director of Dunham-Bush Holding Bhd and Mr. Hew Deng Wai, MD of Dunham-Bush Industries Sdn Bhd & Mr. Ir Annuar Mohamed, Head of New Business Dept. of Propel Bhd. all attended the conference. During the media conference Mr. Jeffrey Albright and Ir Annuar Mohamed answered a couple of questions focusing on the two companies’ (DB and Propel) strategy, plan and cooperation from the media. 

Malaysia local sales representatives gave great support to the conference and warmly hosted our guests and the media. The voice delivered to all was that we will try our best to improve the company’s business from the top down. The whole of Dunham-Bush is going to a new day under new leadership, management and a new philosophy.
