Location: Kajang, Selangor
Responsibilities:
• Prepare quotations to dealers and customers in accordance to specifications.
• Update quotation report daily.
• To meet with dealers to identify their needs and enhance the company’s chances of securing orders.
• To conduct final negotiation with dealers and establish final product design specifications for order entries.
• To prepare Weekly Activity Reports.
• To process P.O. and prepare Factory Order and coordinate with Engineering, Factory, Sales, Admin and Accounts department accordingly.
• To conduct product presentation for dealers.
• To conduct Service training (with Parts & Service) for servicing-oriented companies.
• To prepare sales analysis report – success / failure rate, booking, invoiced sales, etc.
• To review Debtor Lists regularly and follow-up with all engineers responsible for the accounts and make sure they collect the payments.
• Any other duties assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Preferably 2 years exposure in the HVAC industry
• Very proactive, innovative, team player, analytical, with strong business acumen.
• Excellent sales and technical knowledge in HVAC.
• Good personality and interpersonal skills.
• Computer skills, including MS Office, PowerPoint, etc.
• Able to work longer hours when required.
