Rooftop Air Handlers

A full line of roof-mounted air handlers available in sizes ranging from five through 90 tons (2,000 to 50,000 cfm).

These energy efficient "RT" models are available with refrigerant, electric or hydronic coils. Every unit is custom configured to meet each customer's particular requirements, and control options include starters and disconnects.

Completely factory engineered and assembled, the RT models are built tough and weatherproof from the inside out. Only the finest heavy duty materials are used to construct this unit -- from the welded support base of 10-gauge galvanized steel to the 14-gauge galvanized steel members of the fully-framed component sections. The units are completely insulated with fiberglass, with gasketing between all frames and panels. The pitched roof complete with standing seams and overhang.

All exposed panels for these weatherproof units are made of 18 gauge steel, permanently protected against corrosion with a triple-layered coating that consists of a galvanized base, an epoxy primer and an acrylic enamel outercoat. Gasketing is provided between all exterior sheet metal panels for a water- and air-tight seal.

For improved indoor air quality, optional double-wall construction is offered along with sloped drain pans. The double-wall construction eliminates exposed fiberglass and presents a smooth, cleanable interior.
