Minimum five years field work experience in HVAC/R industry, possess good communication skills and computer literacy.  Provide technical assistance on HVAC/R equipment to customers, field service technicians, authorized service agents (ASA), including warranty administration and resolving service conflicts with customers.  Authorize and maintain ASA network, establish and enforce policies and procedures.  Review and approve field service reports start-up reports and invoices from ASA's. Prepare training classes for ASA's including course agenda, lesson plans, training aids, and proper procedures on Dunham-Bush products.  Program microcomputer chips for chiller products, support parts identification on old equipment.

                                  Application Engineer Chiller Products

BSME degree or an Engineering technology industry experience a plus. Support manufacturers’ representatives’ sales organization including applications information; special price quotations; part identification; and manufacturing/engineering/ service interface. Team player with good communication & computer skills required. Overseas training & 25% travel required. Will consider entry level candidate with BSME degree
