Dunham-Bush ECDX evaporatively-cooled water chillers offer 30% greater efficiency than regular air-cooled chillers. They're factory packaged including quiet, efficient screw compressors, evaporator, evaporative condenser and recirculating pump for either ducted indoor or outdoor installation.

For more than 30 years Dunham-Bush has produced evaporatively-cooled water chillers offering remarkable efficiency. The newest model, ECDX, is the best yet with EERs in the 13s at 95 /78 F. That's 30% better than the best conventional air-cooled water chillers. EERs of 18 or better are attainable in the desert Southwest. With no tower nor tower water pump, this can be equivalent to a water-cooled chiller operating at 0.50 Kw/ton.

These machines use HCFC-22, and they are compatible with new chlorine-free HFC refrigerants.
