CS² Indoor Air Handling Units

CS2

The Dunham-Bush CS2 Indoor Air Handling line is offered in a 1" or 2", single- or double-wall construction with solid or perforated liners.

Rigid Construction: Frames and supports are of heavy gauge steel fastened to form a rigid structure. They can be disassembled for shipment and quick reassembly at the job site. All joints and mating surfaces are heavily gasketed and sealed.

Heavy Duty Construction Features

Single Wall Construction (Optional)

Single wall steel panels are internally lined with 1" - 1 1/2 lb. density mat-faced fiberglass meeting NFPA-90A requirements and securely held on to casing by waterproof adhesive and insulation pins.

Double Wall Construction (Optional)

Dunham-Bush Double Wall Air Handling Unit has smooth inner surfaces for easy and effective cleaning to reduce risk of dirt and bacterial accumulation. There is no erosion of internal insulation material to contaminate the air stream. The unit is ideal for clean room applications such as hospital operating theater, electronics factory, food processing and pharmaceutical industries.

Fiberglass insulation is sandwiched between heavy gauge steel sheets to form a durable, rigid casing to withstand higher working pressures and impact forces. The heavy-duty construction provides excellent acoustic and thermal insulation and eliminates erosion of insulation material. Standard double wall panels are 1" - 1 1/2 lbs. insulation. Available option is 40% open area perforated internal liner for low noise requirement.

Optional 2" - 2 lb. insulation panel construction provided with the same features.
